How to Send Us Your Conversation

Open WhatsApp

Find the green WhatsApp icon on your phone and tap on it.

Go to the chat you want to export

Tap on the conversation with the person or group you want to save.

Tap on the three dots

This is the "More options" menu, and it's usually in the top right corner of the chat screen.

Select "More"

A menu will pop up. Choose the "More" option.

Choose "Export chat"

You'll see a list of options. Tap on "Export chat."

Select "Without Media"

A message will appear asking if you want to include media (like photos and videos). To keep the file size small and easy to email, choose "Without Media."

Choose your email app

Your phone will show you a list of apps you can use to share the chat file. Tap on your email app (like Gmail, Outlook, etc.).

Address and send the email

A new email draft will open with the chat history already attached as a text file. Fill in the "To" field with support@askannalise.com and tap the "Send" button.
